We're launching a full-scale recruiting operation to find you the best candidates. After thorough screening process, we're introducing the most promising ones for your review and assisting in scheduling further interview stages with.

Once we'll find the best match who you'd like to take on board, we're making an offer, preparing all the paperwork and getting ready for onboarding.

Step 2

Onboarding

On this stage, we ensure every newcomer has a comfortable remote working setup - be at home office or coworking space. Working hardware is there, all required online accounts are created.

Our HR Team setting up intro meetings, while our Accounting Team working with the newcomer to bring taxation and banking documents in order.

Step 3

Operations and Support

Going forward, you're working with every remote team member just as you do with your employees. We're running regular HR check-ins, online and offline educational and team-building events to make sure the entire team stays engaged and productive.

We're always on-call to mediate any possible issue or miscommunication with anyone in your remote team.
